Inspiration 1:

Each new day is like an ocean wave returning to the shore…

you have no idea what it will bring, just as you have no idea what surprises the surf will lay at your feet.

On calm days, ordinary shells are left at the water’s edge,

but after stormy weather, all kinds of treasures are churned up from the deep–

rare finds for those with the patience to uncover them.

The phases of life itself are as unpredictable as the moods of the ocean–

sometimes smooth, sometimes turbulent.

But beyond this mystery lies one certainty…

While you can never know what gifts life will bring,

you can trust that every sunrise offers possibilities.

Every day holds beautiful moments and new dreams,

waiting for you to come and find them.

Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take,

but by the moments that take our breath away…

Inspiration 3:

Sometimes, the very thing you’re looking for, is the one thing you can’t see.

Inspiration 4:

If you think you can, or if you think you can’t, either way, you’re right!

Inspiration 5:

Do not spoil what you have,

by desiring what you have not;

but remember that what you now have,

was once among the things,

you only hoped for. 

Inspiration 6:

Be Strong and Don’t Give Up

Remember… there is a deeper strength and an amazing abundance of peace available to you. 

Draw from this well; call on your faith to uphold you.  You will make it through this time and find joy in life again… 

Life continues around us, even when our troubles seem to stop time. 

There is good in life every day. 

Take a few minutes to distract yourself from your concerns—long enough to draw strength from a tree or to find pleasure in a bird’s song. 

Return a smile; realize that life is a series of levels—cycles of ups and downs—some easy, some challenging. 

Through it all, we learn; we grow strong in faith; we mature in understanding.  The difficult times are often the best teachers, and there is good to be found in all situations. 

Reach for the good.  Be strong, and don’t give up.  I know you’re going to make it, and my love and prayers are with you. 

Know that I am with you in spirit and in thought. 

Inspiration 7:

A New Dawn…A New Start

After a while, you learn the subtle difference

between holding a hand and chaining a soul…

And you learn that love doesn’t mean leaning

and company doesn’t mean security.

And you begin to understand that kisses aren’t

contracts and presents aren’t promises.

And you begin to accept your defeats with your

head held high, and your eyes wide open…

with the grace of a woman, not the grief of a child.

You learn to build your roads on today, because

tomorrow’s ground is uncertain and futures have

a way of falling down in mid-flight.

After a while you learn that even sunshine burns

if you get too much.

So you plant your own garden and decorate your

own soul…instead of waiting for someone to bring

you flowers.

And you learn that you really can endure…that you

really are strong, and that you really do have worth.

And you learn that with every tomorrow,

there is a new dawn…a new start.
